3”, 4”, 6” carbon steel/ stainless steel top suction hose roller system The suction hose reel starts the vacuum line; it is the first component which comes into contact with the
sludge material and it is the more complex part of the system and the air flow covered during the entire path from the suction mouth to the tank.
The suction hose reel is mounted on the top of the sludge tank and it is composed by two separate parts: a suction hose reel (1) and a hydraulic suction boom (2) in order to have the maximum flexibility during the loading operations.
The boom has an operating range of 145° and maximal horizontal reach of 4.320 mm. All swing, lift and telescopic movements are synchronized and made possible thanks to the hydraulic system. A hydraulic motor applied to the center-
